Be sure to include your name, email and postal addresses, and
telephone number. Advise which shoe, size, and colour you wish to
purchase.
Once your order is received we will contact you to confirm your order,
the total price including freight and to arrange payment. Due to
fluctuations in demand, it is possible that items you wish to order may
be out of stock. If this is the case, you will be notified as soon as
possible.
Regardless of the number of shoes purchased, postage within New Zealand
will be charged at the rate of $10.00 per order. If paying by cheque
please make cheques payable to Monument Shoes, your order will not be
dispatched until the cheque has cleared at the bank. You may pay by
online banking or personal bank deposit. Please provide your name as an
identifier. Shoes will be dispatched as soon as payment is verified.
Payments by Mastercard or Visa are also accepted. Please note credit
card details are not kept once your payment has been made. Your card is
debited once we confirm your order and obtain clearance authorisation
from your bank.

delivery
We try to process orders immediately upon receipt so you should expect delivery within 7 days anywhere within New Zealand.
NZ returns
Monument Shoes accept return of footwear that are unused or unworn. When trying on shoes please wear them on carpeted surfaces as not to mark the soles, which would make the shoes non-returnable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the shoes within one week of order in the unmarked shoe box in original condition. On receipt we will happily exchange the shoes or refund your money in full. We do not refund postage costs incurred in returns delivery. When returning shoes - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
