When you order we gather the following information from you; name, phone number, email address, postal and physical address. This allows us to process and complete your order.

Refunds
Monument Shoes accept return of footwear that are unused or unworn. Shoes must be returned in their original condition for any refund. On receipt we will happily exchange the shoes or refund your money in full. We do not refund postage costs incurred in returns delivery. When returning shoes - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
